Arts in August - Summer Nights
In August we challenge our members to "Tell Me More, Tell Me More!" about their Summer (Nights) with Summer-inspired pictures, photographs, poems, songs anything that got their creative juices flowing. So when the dark nights come we have sunny fun times to look back on. Thanks to all who contributed hope brings everyone happiness during the winter.
Bhav "I these this pictures of the full moon last year before I got covid. Full moon rising over Manchester skyline. I’ve not taken many pictures recently but hopefully the skies are clear the 31st Aug for the second super moon of this year. I’m hoping I’ll be well enough to go out to take some moon pictures then."
Emma Shared her lovely picture by the water took this summer.
Rob "Thought I'd share my garden sunflowers are from six sunflower heads I deseeded and kept and planted this spring. Most items have been collected cheaply from car boots and charity shops." Rob has also been enjoying jigsaws and colouring.
Pamela "These were taken on my way home in August coming out of Tesco after sheltering from the rain storm. Only 7.30pm so dark."
Alanna "I took this in Bowness on Windermere this Summer watching the sun set over the water and how quick things change took so many photos."
